Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – Night Shift

Pay: $24.77 – $27.87/hour

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am (note: applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm for the duration of the training period)

What You’ll Do

• Inspect our products, labels, and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards
• Create Certificates of Manufacture
• Complete daily GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) inspections and reports
• Track daily output and SOPs
• Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Manager with the investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Complaints
• Monitor environmental temperature and humidity
• After the training period, you will work a set shift of Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am
• During your training period, the daily schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
  
  

What Helps You Succeed

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry
• Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
• Physically able to perform job duties including some heavy lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, natural health, or food product manufacturing environment considered an asset
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology considered an asset
• Experience with Syspro, WMS, and Quality Management System (QMS) software considered an asset
