Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Experience working with power tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
