Customer Service Call Center Representative Job Description:
- This is an onsite position, remote work is not available.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
- Answers incoming calls from customers; answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains confidential and secure customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determines the root cause of the complaint or issue, selects and explains the best solution to solve the problem, expedites correction or adjustment, follows up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Pay Range: $16.50-$17 per hour, and is dependent upon experience.
