Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations in our spa environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the health and beauty industry, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff development. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, social media and driving sales while fostering a positive and productive atmosphere and guiding staff when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate salon staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory control, and ensuring the cleanliness of the salon and laundry.
- Excels in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily financial reconciliation.
- All aspects of laundry and folding.
- Implement effective sales strategies to promote services and products offered in the salon.
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure a collaborative work environment.
- Having skills that include quick thinking and handling various situations with professionalism and grace is mandatory, we are all about Customer satisfaction.
- Pay will depend upon experience and pay will increase every year with increased revenue, capping out at $80,000 a year. If you are an excellent manager and more revenue is generated faster, then pay goes up quicker.

- Strong inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively.
- Proven sales abilities with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette for managing client appointments and inquiries.
- Must be personable, outgoing and able to provide exceptional customer service.
