As a Retail Team Member, you play a key role in supporting our mission. You help reduce food waste and make a positive impact in the community by keeping our stores well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. Your work helps move overstock and closeout food efficiently, delivering value to families while contributing to a more sustainable food system.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Greet and engage customers, assisting them in locating products and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
- Follow operational procedures, including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stock shelves, ensure accurate pricing, and rotate products to maintain quality.
- Receive and organize inventory, check in deliveries, and assist in unloading.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Retrieve shopping carts and remove snow from sidewalks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Motivation to achieve results and work well in a team.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Desire to work with customers regularly.
- Manual cashier register experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products.
