Job Summary:
The Repack Team Member works with an energetic team to pack ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat food for grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services. While the primary responsibility is repackaging products, approximately 45% of this role involves cleaning and staging work areas to maintain safety, organization, and compliance with sanitation standards. This shift also plays a critical role in setting up production lines and completing first-piece work to ensure accuracy and readiness for the incoming shift.
A Sample of the Role:
- Keeping the best inside: Inspect and process our high-quality USDA and FDA-certified food
- Repack: Pack and palletize our finished product into its newly designed packaging
- Detail-Oriented: Verify the details of work for accuracy
- Preparing for what’s next: Clean, stage, and set up production areas for a safe and efficient shift change.
- Safety is a choice we make: Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
- Previous cleaning and staging experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with established routines and procedures
- Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to stand for 10 hours in a cool environment (45 degrees)
- Ability to lift 10 – 40lbs

Compensation:
- Starting hourly rate of $16.00 (plus $2.00 shift premium for all off shift hours worked on this shift; $1.50 off shift premium $.50 cleaning and staging)
- Opportunity for pay increases (within the first 6 months)
