Job Summary
The Quality Technician supports daily quality and food safety activities on the production floor. This role performs inspections, sampling, and monitoring to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. The position works closely with production teams to maintain a safe and high-quality food manufacturing environment.
A Sample of the Role:
- Inspect and Verify Quality: Perform line checks for weights, labeling, and packaging integrity to ensure finished goods meet specifications.
- Monitor Food Safety: Support GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance through regular inspections and documentation.
- Sample and Record: Collect samples for allergen, micro, and environmental testing, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to strengthen quality processes.
- Maintain Compliance: Assist with audits, sanitation verifications, and regulatory documentation to support company certifications.

Compensation:
