What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Product Specialist position at Natural Choice Corporation?
Company Overview
Natural Choice Corporation is a leading manufacturer of premium bottleless water coolers. We're looking for a curious, hands-on individual who enjoys troubleshooting, testing products, and working with customers to solve technical challenges.
Job Overview
This is a unique position that combines technical support, product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. No two days are the same—you may be helping a customer diagnose an issue in the morning, testing a new product in the afternoon, and analyzing quality trends to improve future products.
If you enjoy figuring out how things work, solving problems, and working with both people and products, we'd love to meet you.
Please Note: This is an active, hands-on position that combines technical support with product testing, repairs, and quality inspections. While the role includes computer and customer support work, it is not a sedentary desk job. Team members regularly work in the warehouse and testing areas, moving equipment and performing physical product inspections.
