The Supply Chain Associate will support daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, vendor communication, order tracking, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This is a key position within Natural Choice that requires a high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task in a continuously changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchasing and procurement of materials, supplies, and services
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Track shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts
- Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to support supply chain needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or related area (internships count)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required; ERP/MRP software a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
