Behavior Technician (In-Home ABA Therapy)

Location: Richmond, CA

Hourly Wage: $24–$32/hour

PART TIME BETWEEN 3:00-6:00 PM HOURS A WEEK) (SAN PABLO, RICHMOND, EL CERRITO, RODEO)

PART TIME 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM HOURS A WEEK) (CONCORD)

Natural Behavioral Solutions, a compassionate ABA therapy provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our supportive team. We specialize in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive in-home therapy services, with the tools and training to help you succeed.

Requirements:

• Monday - Friday 3:00-6:00 pm minimum availability required
• Work experience with children is required
• Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED

What You'll Do:

• Deliver ABA therapy programs and protocols in client homes.
• Collect and input accurate session data using company-provided tools.
• Work closely with supervisors to tailor programs to client needs.
• Support clients in achieving independence and community integration.
• Attend monthly trainings and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children under the age of 10 years (required).
• Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assume a variety of physical postures (required).
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Multilanguage speakers encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred).
