Job Summary

The Soft Goods Technician is responsible for performing all day-to-day warehousing and inventory activities throughout the facility. The Soft Goods Technician reports to team leads and the Manager ,Soft Goods, executing daily task plans set by management, maintains a clean, healthy and safe work environment, and ensures the company's quality standards are met. Tasks include receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders and inventory.

Essential Functions

- Performing daily inventory checksto ensure soft good items match digitally and physically.

- Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new inventory received.

- Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month.

- Work with Inventory Manager/Lead to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.

- Performing all day-to-day inventory tasks to the standards set by management

- Taking sets of instructions from management and executing properly

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Meeting work deadlines set by management and team leads

- Sorting and organizing inventory

- Drive to and from primary work location to offsite storage to pick up and drop off inventory

- Consolidating and prepping inventory for delivery

- Adhering to all SOPs provided by team leads and management

- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas

Basic Qualification

- Minimum of one year working in a GMP or food manufacturing setting

- Regular and punctual attendance is required

- Inventory experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus

- Strong math skills

- Able to respond to urgent facilities requests in a timely manner

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Being a self-directed problem solver

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Clean driving record with active drivers license

- Must be 21 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior warehouse and inventory experience

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Pay Range

$18-$22.50 per hour

Working Environment

This job operates in an industrial GMP manufacturing environment. The working environment may include exposure to outdoor environmental conditions in order to perform general distribution tasks. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment including clean room garments such as scrubs. The employee must be able to walk throughout the campus to perform assigned duties. Will be regularly exposed to rax cannabis and cannabis derived products.

- Must be able to stand, sit, walk and stay active for long periods of time

- Must be able to stoop, squat, kneel, bend, crawl, and push/pull/lift 50 pounds

- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with your hands

- Must be able to stay focused on single tasks at a time

- Must be able to perform at a rate cohesive with employee standards

- Must be able to see, hear, and communicate basic operational and safety instructions

- Work conditions may include hot or cold weather, as well as wet working conditions
