- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient operation
- Prepare food by cleaning and cutting ingredients, as well as cooking main dishes and appetizers
- Plate prepared foods according to the Menu Recipe Binder, ensuring aesthetic presentation
- Collaborate with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Wash and clean the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Follow kitchen operation procedures to meet food safety standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures, including stocking, preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, including servers, to meet customer expectations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
