This is a full-time on-site role for a Dual Director of Sales, located in Douglasville, GA. The Dual Director of Sales will oversee and execute sales strategies across multiple properties to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include forging strong customer relationships, leading sales operations, developing and managing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires maintaining collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and meet performance expectations.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering long-term client relationships
- Experience in Team Management, including motivating and guiding sales teams toward success
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development and strategic planning to identify and capture new market opportunities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and hotel revenue management practices preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable
- Willingness to work on-site in Douglasville, GA and travel as required
