- Experience on Integrations (API & Data)
- Knowledge of tools used for build and deployment (CI/CD, Ant Script or any others)
- Functional Knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC)

Responsibilities:
· Design and implement Agentforce-enabled AI solutions to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
· Build and configure AI-powered conversational agents, prompts, and workflows using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.
· Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and implement scalable automation solutions.
· Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data privacy standards across Salesforce implementations.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and business processes within Salesforce.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Web Components.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Understand complex data models, integrations, and customizations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including query performance and data processing.
- Implement best practices for data storage and retrieval.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference and compliance.
- Propose and implement new features and enhancements to improve Salesforce functionality and user experience.
