Trimmer
Society C is looking for the best hand trimmers out there! Come highlight your skills with the Society C team!
Trimmers must:
- Must have experience hand trimming Cannabis (Minimum 1 year). Machine and conveyor experience a bonus!
- Maintain 2lb per day average while maintaining quality of work
- Ability to denug at a fast pace while maintaining and preserving the integrity of the cannabis
- Be detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all state and company guidelines
- Have strong work ethic, be team oriented and punctual
- Be able to maintain a clean work area and tools
- Observing all required PPE requirements while completing tasks.
- Ability to differentiate and sort by strain and phenotypes
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well with a team.
- Detail-oriented
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Able to work 8 hours a day.
- Able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds.
- Able to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workday.
- Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
