We are seeking a reliable vendor to provide lawn maintenance services on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform initial grass cuts
2. Submit bids for future work orders
3. Provide edging services
Requirements:
We are looking for a vendor who is:
1. Able to submit to and pass an Aspen Grove background check
2. Able to cover the full county they live in
Scope of Work:
The selected vendor will be responsible for completing various tasks, including:
Lawn Maintenance
Boarding
Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
Minor Repairs
Major Repairs
Eviction Services
Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
Winterization
Preliminary Bids & Reports
Inspections
Rehabilitation (GC work if licensed)
Addition items as assigned by natPROpres
