- $2500 Sign-on Bonus
As a CNC Machinist at Natoli, you will set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, with the potential to assist in light programming based on experience. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled, organized facility where quality and precision are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC equipment for production runs
- Generate or troubleshoot CNC programs as needed
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and adjust machines as required
- Make tooling changes and modify tool geometry when necessary
- Perform light machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.)
- Keep your work area clean and well-organized
- Work independently and uphold company quality standards
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Knowledge of G and M code
- Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam or Fanuc controls helpful
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying trays or materials up to 50 lbs.
- 2nd shifts are available - 3:30-12am - Mon-Friday
- Weekend shifts Friday-Sunday
