What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter - IT & Operations position at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking?
As a Recruiter focused on IT and Operations roles, you will play a vital role in the bank's recruitment efforts. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and business leadership to identify staffing needs and attract top talent across the Americas platform. Your expertise in banking and agency experience will be instrumental in successfully sourcing candidates for our organization.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, candidate communication, negotiation, and closing for IT and Operations roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
- Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers to influence and guide talent decisions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's benefits and recruitment-related policies to effectively communicate these to candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business units to understand job duties and responsibilities, and to devise targeted recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other team members to create a talent pipeline.
- Utilize a mix of creative and traditional sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet searches, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships to attract candidates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current recruitment processes for efficiency.
- Engage candidates from diverse regions, staying informed about international relocation and expatriate processes as necessary.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staffing resources.
- Manage recruitment activities for campus programs, including internships and full-time/rotational graduate analyst programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT and Operations roles; experience in banking is required, and agency experience is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent across various organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively source a diverse workforce of all backgrounds.
- Effective written and oral communication skills. Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus
- A solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, including EEOC regulations, is critical.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven capability to negotiate successfully and diplomatically when closing candidates.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

The salary range for the VP position will be between $125,000 -$160,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
