What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alternative Credit Group Sales position at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking?
As a ACG Salesperson (Associate or VP) the hire will help develop and execute the commercial strategy of the alternative platform within the Americas that shall include the development of credit solutions, origination, structural implementation, and distribution of illiquid credit assets. This will include client tiering and acquisition, pre/post trade relationship management, and facilitating the on-boarding/ due diligence process. The applicant will work very closely with the Securitized Products Group, Fund Financing Group, Bank & Insurance Solutions, and Real Assets & Global Trade Syndication.

He/she/they will:
- Be responsible for special situations origination and distribution opportunities.
- Utilize the best origination and distribution technologies across business lines to optimize P&L, structuring and distribution outcomes.
- Collaborate with other business lines within Credit Markets to engage new clients and channels for distribution and origination opportunities.
- Collaborate with Real Assets & Global Trade Syndication on transformational distribution opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of client strategies.
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members to ensure best-in-class execution for clients.
- Collaborate with regional teams (LATAM/Canada) to expand presence and diversify the client base.
- Assist with training and and development of junior staff members.
- Participate in the enhancement of the 1LOD model and reinforce the commercial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of directly relevant sales experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner.
- A solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing securities and alternative investments, including compliance requirements and best practice
- Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation techniques. Familiarity with various credit instruments, including private credit, distressed debt, and structured products, is highly desirable.
- Must hold Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses, or be able to obtain them within a designated timeframe.

The salary range for this position will be between $140,000 - $225,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
