KOMAN Construction, LLC. is looking for a seasoned Field Lead to join our construction/O&M team in Harlingen, TX. The Field Lead will supervise and direct the work of laborers and operators on the construction site to ensure a safety, timely, and high quality product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor, direct, and coach job site personnel.
- Operate equipment and do manual laborer when necessary
- Inspecting heavy equipment and addressing vehicle/equipment maintenance
- Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones.
- Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans.
- Direct personnel and adjust priorities
- Implement project schedules and employee work plans.
- Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs.
- Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2 years of relevant construction lead or equivalent experience.
- Extensive OSHA guidelines knowledge/experience.
- Solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
