Native is an outpatient mental health clinic with locations in Latrobe and Greensburg, Pennsylvania and Morgantown, West Virginia. We are currently hiring full time and part time therapists for our new Greensburg location.
Qualifications
Licensed in the discipline of professional counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family
Experience working in an outpatient setting
Interest and/or some experience working clinically from an integrative/functional framework
Ability and desire to work independently
Commission Structure: Therapists are paid at a rate of 50% of total reimbursements (patient and insurance) for all sessions provided.
All therapists are W2 employees and Native pays all employer taxes and worker’s compensation insurance.
Native offers a 401(k) retirement savings account as an employee benefit. Native matches 100% of your contribution up to 4% of your annual compensation.
Native is a free-range workplace. Therapists set their own hours based on their desired commission. Therapists can come and go freely throughout the workday as needed.
