Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, inspiring and guiding them to achieve outstanding results. What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Do product sampling at supermarket's, Herbs stores, festivals and events
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for upper management.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role, or similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in developing training programs for sales teams.
