What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist - Per Diem position at Native Project?
We are looking for a dynamic Per Diem Pharmacist who is available to offer support to our current Pharmacy team. Responsibilities include clinical pharmacy services to patients and the community. This is a team-oriented position in a fast-paced, challenging environment providing support to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. As the Pharmacist, you will monitor the dispensing of all pharmaceuticals in the Health Center. Respond to requests for drug information from health care providers and patients. Use effective patient education techniques such as motivational interviewing to provide counseling to patients and caregivers. Patient Education includes information on drug therapy, adverse effects, compliance, appropriate use, handling, and drug administration.
Requirements:
Licensure as a Pharmacist as required by Washington State, in good standing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume, team-oriented environment required. Experience in community health care settings and commercial pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
Per Diem Rate:
$100.00 per hour
