What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Native Packaging?
Local 3PL Warehouse is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to join our team! Position involves filling and packaging products/consumer goods for shipping and distribution to various retailers. This position is instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficient running of production. You should have willingness to learn and work in a team environment. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. Position can include lifting up to 40lbs.
Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment, i.e., bottling, capping, sealing, and packaging product.
Assist in machine setups, and cleaning of equipment when necessary and during down time
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Periodically check product for defects or to determine that it is within specifications to ensure a quality product
Demonstrate basic troubleshooting for equipment issues or request maintenance for more complex issues
Maintains housekeeping of work area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
