The IT Technician provides direct, on-site, and remote technical support to all NATIVE HEALTH facilities and staff, ensuring reliable and secure operation of computer systems, networks, and technology used across medical, dental, behavioral health, and administrative programs. This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of patient care and agency operations by maintaining IT infrastructure, responding to service requests, and assisting with system upgrades and deployments.

- Ability to have patience when working with employees and customers.
- Knowledge of computer information systems, local area networks, and broadband connectivity.
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and VoIP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and network operating systems.
- Knowledge of Cisco DUO and other remote user applications and security systems.
- Knowledge of Ticketing, Patch Management, and End Endpoint systems
- Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software.
- SharePoint experience.
- Ability to solve problems promptly.
- The ability to perform other specific duties or assignments as directed by the Manager.
- Ability to type 45 wpm.
- Ability to regularly sit and/or stand for lengthy amounts of time, bending and reaching as necessary.
- Ability to use fingers/hands to manipulate computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with new projects, renovations, and technology installations, including server rooms, conference systems, and telehealth stations.
- Support data collection and reporting systems used for quality improvement, HR, and program compliance.
- Participate in agency-wide technology upgrades and hardware refreshes cycles.
