Job Title: LPN Primary Care Clinic

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate has experience with nursing skills and will assist in providing medical care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Current Oklahoma license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current driver’s license
• Preferred, but not necessary: Two years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Proficient in documentation, and entering data in EHR.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Enjoys working with people of all ages
• Compassionate & patient
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks, are able to lift fifty (50) pounds and are able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Background check

Responsibilities:

• Provision of all Nursing duties as provided for in the LPN scope of practice for Oklahoma.
• Intake of patients in clinical settings
• Performs for pediatric and adult patients vital signs, venipuncture, IV, injections, waived testing, EKG, autoclave sterilization, and other procedures as assigned.
• Provides care according to established nursing plans
• Administers medications and vaccinations safely under direction.
• Triage telephone calls for referral to other clinical team members
• Assists with patient questions in clinic and by telephone.
• Coordinates clinic scheduling, ensures that appropriate time slots are provided for each of the specialty clinics.
• Ensures patient chart entries are made accurately and in a timely manner
• Works closely with experienced clinicians
• Uses quality and evidence based practice to deliver & improve care.
• Assists in strategies to promote health in a safe environment
• Follows compliance with HIPAA regulations

Full time position 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay: Based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
