Job Summary: Native Forms Architecture is seeking to hire a Revit Technician to produce detailed technical drawings, digital design models, and plans for buildings, structures and other construction projects in collaboration with architects and engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use Revit software to create Design and Construction Documents
- Produce preliminary drawings and other design information at the Architect’s direction
- Review and update drawings based upon Architect’s review and input
- Produce Construction Documents to include modeling and drafting services
- Develop details for Construction Documents
- Research Materials and Product Specifications
- Maintain organized project files
Required Skills, Experience and Education
- Minimum high school diploma and Revit Certification
- 2 years of experience with Revit is preferable
- Familiarity with building design principles and industry standards
- Coursework in design, construction math, architecture, and computer graphics are a plus
- Self-starter with high level of attention to detail and curiosity to learn and grow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Disciplined and able to maintain organizational practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to handle tasks for multiple projects concurrently
