NATIVE FLORAL is Now Hiring a Floral Sales Manager in our Madison, AL customer location.
We are a national fresh cut flower grower and distributor selling high quality floral bouquets and arrangements to wholesalers and mass marketers.
Our current search is for a morning person who is upbeat, enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work well unsupervised. This position is essentially like running your own business. Full time pay with less than full-time hours!
The position requires someone well organized, hardworking and reliable. If you are a motivated individual who derives personal satisfaction in increasing sales, providing great customer service, and works well unsupervised; you could be a great fit for this position.
Job Essentials:
- Merchandise and maintain a fresh cut flower display
- Keeping display full, clean and appealing to customers
- Preparing and submitting daily sales and inventory
- Experience in customer service, retail and/or merchandising preferred
- Responsive to customer and store inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be available to work some weekends and mornings
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
