Barista Lead

As the Barista Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the barista team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Managing inventory and supplies to keep operations running seamlessly.
• Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills.
• Delivering excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re seeking someone with:

• At least 1 year of barista experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• A strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
