- Record Keeping: Accurately log all maintenance performed, including engine hours and fluid usage, to maintain warranty compliance.
- Environmental Safety: Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste oils and hazardous materials in compliance with EPA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance preferred (will train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude).
- License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR is mandatory. A CDL (Class A with Hazmat) is a major plus, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb onto large machinery, and work in tight spaces.
- Weather Tolerance: Must be willing to work outdoors in all Steamboat weather conditions—from summer heat and dust to winter snow and sub-zero temps.
- Tools: Basic set of hand tools required; specialty tooling provided by the company.
