Location: Louisville, TN - including a 2.5 hr radius
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about transforming backyards into stunning, functional outdoor spaces? Do you take pride in precision stonework, beautiful plantings, and creating landscapes that clients love for years to come? Were looking for a skilled Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our dedicated crew and help bring high-end residential projects to life.
What Youll Do:
- Install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, steps, edging, and paver/seal stone driveways
- Perform landscape installation: planting trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, and seasonal color
- Grade, excavate, and prepare sites for both softscape and hardscape projects
- Build and repair low-voltage lighting, drainage systems, and basic irrigation components
- Operate equipment safely (skid steers, mini-excavators, compactors, plate tampers, etc.)
- Haul materials, maintain job sites clean and organized, and follow project plans/blueprints
- Collaborate with crew leads and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Occasionally assist with maintenance services during slower installation periods
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping AND hardscaping (pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques (preferred: experience with segmental retaining wall systems, permeable pavers, natural stone, or outdoor living features)
- Physically fit able to lift 5080 lbs repeatedly, work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (clean record preferred)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
- Experience operating light equipment is a big plus (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)
- Certifications (e.g., pesticide applicator, hardscape training) are welcome but not required
