- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in merchandising products effectively to promote sales and enhance store presentation.
- Perform stocking duties to maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Conduct product demos when necessary to educate customers on new items or promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while adhering to grocery store standards.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
