Position Overview
Responsible for supporting the intake process for NARA’s Youth Residential Treatment Center program, including pre-screening clients prior to admission, managing a multi-line phone system, and greeting and directing clients and guests. Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient front-end operations of Youth Residential Treatment Center services.

What You Will Do
- Assist with maintaining referral resource lists as directed by Clinical Management.
- Provide basic intake information to clients and referents via phone, email, or mail, following established guidelines.
- Complete initial client pre-screening using standard questions and tools provided.
- Assist clients with intake paperwork by preparing forms, collecting signatures, and directing questions to appropriate staff when needed.
- Collect and copy required client documentation, including state-issued ID and, if applicable, Tribal ID.
- Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system; take messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments based on availability and direction from staff.
- Greet clients and guests and direct them to the appropriate staff or location.
- Assist with UA (urinalysis) processes by preparing forms and supporting observations as directed.
- Enter and update client information in the system, ensuring accuracy of basic data entry.
- Provide front desk coverage during breaks and lunches.
- Receive referrals and forward information to appropriate staff; assist with basic tracking as directed.
- Follow established procedures to support communication with referral sources.
- Maintain professional boundaries and communicate respectfully with clients, staff, and community partners.
Salary : $21 - $23
