Position Overview
The Permanent Supportive Housing Clinical Supervisor oversees the implementation and day to day operations of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services designed for Native American and Alaska Native adults and families experiencing homelessness, most of whom have a disabling condition and a history of chronic homelessness. This position provides clinical supervision and oversight for QMHP and QMHA staff providing housing placement and long-term housing retention services in the community. The position is responsible for extensive collaboration with multiple NARA programs and partner agencies to ensure effective services and compliance with all grants and contracts. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring all PSH services incorporate an Integrated Care approach that focuses on cultural, physical, and emotional well-being. Approaches utilized by NARA’s PSH programs include Assertive Engagement and Housing First principles. The PSH Clinical Supervisor works cooperatively with other program supervisors and managers to ensure consistent quality of services.

What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision for staff providing housing placement and long-term housing retention services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, with a focus on providing culturally specific services for Native Americans.
- Ensure Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Assertive Engagement principles are utilized in the delivery of services
- Ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements, including reports and service documentation; conduct regular reviews of paper charts and electronic records; collaborate with the Housing Operations Supervisor to ensure timely and thorough data collection, and assist with regular reports as needed.
- Manage flexible client assistance funds; review fund requests for approvals to ensure appropriate use of funds, and track spending of program funds.
Salary : $73,000 - $90,000
