Overview
Native American Industrial Solutions (NAIS) is seeking a Project Manager to support a three-person cybersecurity and documentation team providing governance, process improvement, and security documentation services for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). This role leads scheduling, workflow coordination, and deliverable tracking to ensure high-quality, timely outputs for the Department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of project management or program coordination
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Experience managing documentation workflows and tracking deliverables
- Familiarity with IT or cybersecurity environments preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Maintain schedules, track task assignments, and update project milestones.
- Prepare weekly status updates and communicate progress to Department leadership.
- Organize workflow meetings and assign action items to team members.
- Review deliverables for completeness and alignment with Department standards.
- Coordinate documentation activities across project staff to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a centralized tracking log for deliverables, versions, and approvals.
