Pay Structure
Hourly pay plus commission based on trailer gross profit and volume tiers, with commission eligibility on qualifying parts and installed options included at the time of sale.

- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on inbound leads and maintain an active customer pipeline
- Prospect for new opportunities with contractors and small businesses
- Maintain accurate quotes and followup activity in CRM systems
- Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Stable hourly pay plus performancebased commission
- Top performers earned over $120,000 last year
- Experienced fullyear performers typically earn $65,000$80,000 annually
- Commission tiers increase as performance grows
