The Parts Specialist is the frontline of the parts retail experience. This role combines consultative selling with strong product knowledge to help customers identify the right parts, accessories, and supplies for their trailers or equipment.
Parts Specialists are responsible for delivering fast, accurate counter service while also supporting the operational discipline that keeps the parts department organized, stocked, and easy to shop. This role requires attention to detail, urgency, and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Service
- Provide consultative, highquality counter sales that help customers solve problems and complete projects correctly
- Recommend related and companion products that improve outcomes and increase ticket value
- Create accurate tickets, prepare quotes, process payments, and follow up on open orders
- Support phone and walkin customers with product identification and pricing
- Maintain a professional, helpful presence at the parts counter
- Receive and stock incoming freight accurately
- Rotate inventory and maintain correct bin locations
- Assist with labeling, tagging, and merchandising shelves
- Support cycle counts and inventory corrections as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and easytoshop parts department
- Pull and stage parts for service repair orders
- Assist technicians with part identification and sourcing
- Communicate part availability and delays clearly to service personnel
- Prior experience in parts retail, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Experience in RV, powersports, automotive parts, heavy equipment, or farm supply is a plus
- Familiarity with suspension parts, brakes, electrical components, wheels and tires, or cargocontrol products is helpful
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, customerfacing environment
- Reliable, organized, and detailoriented work habits
