Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and orders
- Strong ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Proficient in retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and totals
- Familiarity with technology sales, including mobile devices and accessories
- Experience in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Cash handling skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Knowledge of technical sales to assist customers with specific needs or requirements
- Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change
