The Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping clients select trailers, parts, and services that fit their needs. The role combines consultative selling, product knowledge, and a focus on follow-up and long-term relationships.
JOB DUTIES:
Sell trailers, parts, and service solutions with a customer- focused, consultative approach.
Maintain Lot And Showroom Presentation To Reflect Company Standards.
Respond to and follow up with leads through phone, text, and email.
Manage quotes and opportunities in CRM systems as required.
Support store-level huddles, training, and merchandising activities.
Participate in trade-ins, appraisals, and basic financing processes as needed.
Provide accurate, ethical, and efficient transaction processing in collaboration with the Business Office Administrator.
Deliver after-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field(automotive, RV, or equipment industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to buildrapport quickly.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn internalsystems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
