QC Inspector - Mechanical

• Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector for an aerospace manufacturer.
  The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience as a Mechanical Inspector within a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products.
• Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures.
• Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Accept or reject finished items.
• Document inspection findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Report inspection and test data.

Requirements

• Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to accurately measure dimensions.
  
• Performing and Approving the quality of raw materials before manufacturing beginsRead and understand blueprints and specifications.
  
• Responsible for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
  
• Perform Receiving, 1st Piece and In-Process Inspections for work in process during manufacturing.
