Production Supervisor
- Enforce company policies, standards, quality methods, and ISO procedures.
- Establish department procedures and set priorities.
- Manage production activities and provide direction and support for all work shifts; establish work schedules and assignments, when necessary, directly or through supervisors.
- Manage production for on-time delivery, profitability, and the quality and safety of production processes.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, efficiency gains, process improvements, proper labor utilization, and improvements in yield rates.
- Work with the sales department and business development manager to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address employee issues.
- Train, coach, and discipline employees; and make recommendations for recruiting and firing.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with electronics manufacturing environments and processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills; a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a motivational influence on the team.
- Familiarity working within an ERP system, Epicor ERP preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
