- Track cycle time and on-time delivery thru project phases. This will include order entry, delivery specifications, engineering releases, assembly status and completion information thru shipment.
- Ensure documentation/resolution of technical details, scope of supply with customers and vendors. This includes specifications, requisitions, change orders, scope of supply changes, impact to material costs, etc.
- Assist/enhance planning as required to meet delivery schedules. Work with vendors for any questions or concerns. Make/buy working with planning.
- Coordination of after sale activities including installation services and activities.
- Assist other value stream goals and activities. This includes budget adherence, procurement, capacity planning.
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
