Your duties will include:
- Provides the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, old and new
- Must be comfortable spending lots of time on the phone
- Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products Identifies and qualifies potential sales leads
- Reaches out to customers by phone and email
- Performs outbound calls to prospective customers (Early Education Centers) and speaks with decision-makers to gauge interest and ultimately schedule portrait session appointments
- Ability to “hear” and respond to your customer’s needs
- Follows up with prospects via email or through follow-up calls
- Updates company’s CRM database with account changes, appointments, and all communication to prospective customers
- Follows up with customers to secure bookings, responds to questions and solves or refer problems
- Learns to build 'target lists' by researching the Internet and potential customer lists for new centers in targeted areas
- Position focused strongly on lead generation performing cold calls and emailing new prospects
- Weekly outbound call goals as well as weekly lead generation goals
The skills and experience required for this position include:
- The ability to build solid relationships with customers
- Strong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to make “outbound" calls as easily as you take "inbound" calls
- A data-driven approach (understanding of the importance of collecting and saving accurate customer information)
- Ability and desire to learn new computer programs and systems
- Excellent Internet research skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in Excel
