We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team in our Melville office. This position plays an important role in supporting our operations team with client onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day operational support.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with new customer onboarding and account setup
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients
- Prepare and complete daily operational reports
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Perform data entry and system updates
- Assist with internal projects and operational tasks
- Work with team members across departments to support company operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
