What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Collision Customer Support position at Nationwide Parts Distributors Inc?
AirPro Diagnostics is an innovative growing company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. We have developed a unique product for Automotive Body Shops that allows our technicians to remote into a vehicle at one of our client's shops and provide remote ADAS (Advanced Driver's Assistance Systems) diagnostic services to our clients. Our product is supported by a strong team of automotive diagnostic specialists.
We are looking for an entry level positive, team player to assist in the follow up of sales leads generated from our Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will have some front-end experience in the automotive collision industry.
Position also requires follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and to help resolve any issues that may be affecting their on-going use of our product and service.
This is support/sales position with base salary with potential for quarterly commission.
Essential Functions:
- Automotive industry, Collision or Glass experience is preferred.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Well spoken, professional demeanor
- A willingness to take on the sales process
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Follow up and follow-through skills
- Must be team oriented
- The ability to educate and train the customer on our product and our processes.
- Experience in a Windows environment with Microsoft suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
