As a Customer Service Representative…
You will be the enthusiastic voice who will assist our patients and provide support for day-to-day company operations. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, problem-solving, outbound-dialing extraordinaire.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Job Location: 4853 S. Sheridan Tulsa, OK 74145 (In-Office)
Hourly Rate: $21.00-$24.00
What You’ll Do
- Direct incoming calls, voicemails, route after-hours calls and emails from patients, vendors, etc., and respond when able, ensuring customer satisfaction with expediency
- Respond to incoming calls regarding patient issues, including but not limited to resolve customer complaints, assisting patients with tracking shipments, send out supplies upon patient request, verify account information, assist patients with status of their medical records, assist in resolving mask issues and machine/technical issues
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling both promptly and thoroughly
- Assist patients through patient app, email and/or website chat, real time during business hours
- Respond to patient survey responses to resolve patient issues
- Review and respond to patient customer service voicemail queues
- Process equipment transactions
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through
- contact tracking
- Work with manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Stand Out
- High School graduate or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
- Excellent customer service skills (ability to handle sensitive/challenging communications)
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
- Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Problem-solving skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills including follow up
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Is goal-oriented and people-friendly
- Has the skill to prioritize and learn quickly
