Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Nationwide Loan Consultants. The Sales Representative will promote and sell loan programs, establish new client relationships, maintain existing client accounts, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring each client receives prompt and professional assistance.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly department goals.
- Follow scripts and use CRM software effectively to enhance client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, addressing client needs and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player, taking direction and initiating business activities in partnership with management and peers.
- Use clear, concise, and effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
- Customer Relationship Management and Account Management experience.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of sales success.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and call scripts.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- Reliable and dependable with a commitment to integrity.
- Adaptable and able to handle high call volumes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Previous experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus.
- Financial Analysis and Loan Product Knowledge a plus.
