Home Health Aide
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time/PRN

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Hade to provide non-skilled in-home support to clients. This position focuses on personal care assistance, companionship, and help with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting (as permitted by company policy and state guidelines).
- Support clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Assist clients with mobility around the home (transfers, walking support, repositioning).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical, emotional, or home condition to the supervisor.
- Follow the care plan and all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving experience with a minimum of 1 year
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Must pass background checks as required.
