Role Description The Director of Admissions is a full-time, on-site role based in Media, PA, responsible for overseeing the admissions process for post-acute and long-term care residents. This role manages and coordinates all aspects of admissions, including inquiry response, facility tours, pre-admission evaluations, and timely completion of admission documentation. The Director collaborates closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure accurate information, appropriate placement, and a smooth transition for patients and families. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, monitoring occupancy and census goals, analyzing admission trends, and implementing strategies to enhance the admissions experience. The role also involves providing clear communication to patients, families, and community partners, ensuring that all admissions activities support regulatory compliance and reflect Nationwide’s commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Enrollment Management skills, including oversight of admissions workflows, census development, and process optimization.
