Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations: Implement and monitor physical security measures and conduct regular security assessments, audits, and site inspections.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule security personnel, ensuring compliance with post orders and performance standards.
- Incident Response & Risk Management: Investigate security breaches, thefts, or emergencies; act as the primary contact for local law enforcement.
- Policy & Training: Develop security procedures, maintain emergency response plans, and train staff on security awareness.
- Administrative Compliance: Manage security budgets, prepare incident reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with security regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3–5 years in security management, law enforcement, or armed forces.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
